Challenges when using FactPages and FactMaps
30/04/2019 Some problems are currently being experienced when using FactPages and FactMaps.
If FactPages or FactMaps do not start up in the normal manner:
- Delete the log in the browser you are in (IE, Chrome etc.). In Chrome: click on … at the top right -> More tools -> Clear browsing data.
- Open a new private or incognito window.
- From this new window, launch the pages directly by typing the address links, or copy in the address links via the clipboard.

We are working on an upgrade of the FactMaps and FactPages that will be on https. That will eliminate this problem.
