Challenges when using FactPages and FactMaps

30/04/2019 Some problems are currently being experienced when using FactPages and FactMaps.

If FactPages or FactMaps do not start up in the normal manner: 

  1. Delete the log in the browser you are in (IE, Chrome etc.). In Chrome:  click on … at the top right -> More tools -> Clear browsing data.
  2. Open a new private or incognito window.
  3. From this new window, launch the pages directly by typing the address links, or copy in the address links via the clipboard.  

FactPages:, FactMaps:

We are working on an upgrade of the FactMaps and FactPages that will be on https. That will eliminate this problem.
