10/03/2005 Press release 04/2005: During the month of January 22.5 million standard cubic meters of oil equivalents (Sm3 o.e.) were produced. This is 1.8 million Sm3 o.e. lower than during January 2004. Production is lower due to production stoppage on Snorre A and Vigdis together with technical problems on other fields.
The average daily production was about 2 566 000 barrels oil, about 278 900 barrels NGL and about 153 700 barrels condensate.
Preliminary production figures show an average daily production of about 2.695 million barrels oil and 0.422 million barrels NGL and condensate for February 2005. Final figures will be published in the beginning of April 2005.
Please note that the table with updated production figures for the Norwegian shelf has been moved to the NPDS's fact-pages. The overview shows complete history per field and total production per month and year.
