08/01/2008 Press release 3/2008: The average daily production was about 2 212 000 barrels of oil, about 316 000 barrels of NGL (Natural Gas Liquids) and about 75 000 barrels of condensate, in total of 2 604 000 barrels liquid.
During the month of November 21.2 million standard cubic metres of oil equivalents (Sm3 o.e.) were produced. This is 0.1 million Sm3 o.e. less than during November 2006.
Production from the Snøhvit and Ormen Lange fields were shut down for 20 and 10 days due to technical problems.
So far this year the average daily production has been just above 2.2 million barrels of oil. The total production is about 216.3 million Sm3 o.e. This is 9.9 million Sm3 o.e. less than in the same period last year.
Preliminary production figures for December 2007 show an average daily production of about 2.209 million barrels of oil and 0.347 million barrels of NGL and condensate.
Final figures will be available in the beginning of February 2008.
