28/08/2010 The average daily production in June 2010 was about 1 872 300 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate. This is 324 000 barrels less than in May 2010. Gas production was about 8.5 billion Sm3, which is 0.5 billion Sm3 less than in May.
The liquid production in June was: 1 531 000 barrels of oil, 261 000 barrels of NGL and 80 000 barrels of condensate.
Production from the fields in the Ekofisk area were closed periodically in June due to planned maintenance, the Vale field was closed due to technical problems. Gullfaks C was closed due to well problems. Heidrun was closed 1-26th June due to maintenance.
So far this year the average daily production has been about 1.9 million barrels of oil and the total liquid production about 2.2 million barrels. Total production so far is about 120.4 million Sm3 o.e.. Oil about 53.4 million Sm3 o.e., NGL and Condensate about 10.2 million Sm3 o.e. and Gas about 56.8 million Sm3 o.e.. This is 0.8 million Sm3 o.e. less than in the same period in 2009.
Preliminary production figures from July 2010 show an average daily production of about 1.804 million barrels of oil, 0. 314 million barrels of NGL and condensate and a total of 7.5 billion Sm3 net gas production.
In July production from the Vale field was closed due to technical problems and the Gimle and Tordis fields were closed due to barrier-weakness in well.
Final figures for July will be available during September 2010.
