08/01/2010 The average daily production in November 2009 was about 2 055 000 barrels of oil,  292 000 barrels of NGL (Natural Gas Liquids) and 68 000 barrels of condensate, in total 2 416 000 barrels of liquid.

In November 20.5 million standard cubic metres of oil equivalents (Sm3 o.e.) were produced. This is 1.1 million standard cubic metres less than in November 2008.

Production from  Snøhvit  was closed in November due to planned maintenance. Production from Vale and Volund was also closed due to technical problems.

Until further notice, the Factpages will not be updated with production figures for November 2009. This is due to technical problems.

So far this year the average daily production has been about 2.0 million barrels of oil and the total liquid production  about 2.3 million barrels. Total production so far is about 217.8 million Sm3 o.e. This is 1.7 million Sm3 o.e. less than in the same period last year.

Preliminary production figures for December 2009 show an average daily production of about 2.010 million barrels of oil, 0.345 million barrels of NGL and condensate and a total of 10.0 billion Sm3 net gas production.

Production from Snøhvit and Vale was partly closed in December due to planned maintenance and technical problems. The Volund field is waiting for capacity on Alvheim and is closed for the time being.

Final figures for December will be available in the beginning of February 2010.
