13/04/2011 Preliminary production figures for March 2011 indicate an average daily production of about 2 017 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate. This is a decrease of 167 000 barrels compared to February.
Gas production was about 10.2 billion Sm3, which is an increase of 0.7 billion Sm3 compared to the previous month.
The average daily liquid production in March was: 1 729 000 barrels of oil, 209 000 barrels of NGL and 79 000 barrels of condensate.
Production from the Kristin and Tordis fields was closed periodically in March due to planned maintenance.
Total production for the first three months of 2011 is about 60.5 million Sm3 o.e. (MSm3 o.e.), broken down as follows: about 25.7 MSm3 o.e. of oil, about 4.7 MSm3 o.e. of NGL and condensate and about 30.1 MSm3 o.e. of gas. This is 3.6 MSm3 o.e. less than in the same period in 2010.
Final production figures from February 2011 show an average daily production of about 1.832 million barrels of oil, 0.353 million barrels of NGL and condensate and a total of 9.5 billion Sm3 net gas production.
Preliminary production figures for April will be published in May 2011.
