November 2013

13/12/2013 Preliminary production figures for November 2013 indicate an average daily production of about 1 904 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate.

This is 150 000 barrels per day (about 8 percent) more than in October 2013.

Total gas sales were about 9.4 billion Sm3, which is equal with the previous month.

The average daily liquid production in November was: 1 545 000 barrels of oil, 291 000 barrels of NGL and 68 000 barrels of condensate. The oil production is equal with the NPD’s prognosis for November and 7 percent above the oil production in November last year.

The following fields had reduced production in November due to technical problems/repair work:  Heidrun, Skarv, Skuld and Valhall.

So far this year the oil production is on level with the NPD’s prognosis.

The total oil volume is 4.5 MSm3 o.e., about 6 percent less than for the same period in 2012.

Final production figures from October 2013 show an average daily production of about 1.406 million barrels of oil, 0.349 million barrels of NGL and condensate and a total of 9.4 billion Sm3 saleable gas production.
