Each year in January, we host "The Shelf" event, which is a presentation of the previous year on the Norwegian shelf – and a bit about the years to come.
Thursday, 13 January 2022, is the big day, and The Shelf 2021 will be the kick-off for the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate's 50th anniversary.
Presentation and conversation
The event will start with Director General Ingrid Sølvberg giving a summary of the Shelf in 2021 and presenting forecasts for e.g. exploration, production and investments over the next few years.
Then there will be a conversation between Sølvberg and some other representatives from the NPD, who will take a detailed look at the presented data and other relevant topics.
