This is what is new in APA 2022.
In applications for additional acreage where the work program in the additional acreage will be “as for” in the work program in the existing production licence, only the box in cell G3 should be ticked by selecting from the dropdown menu in the Excel spreadsheet “ApplicationData” in tab “3-Work program and duration”.
New form in the Excel workbook Company Information: «9–Other values», which aims to reflect other assets/information in the parent company and/or the Norwegian company that may be relevant in the assessment of the company's financial capacity and ability to meet payment obligations associated with the APA work programme. Must be filled in for companies without a financial credit rating from an international credit rating agency.
