Documentation associated with the pre-qualification process

The NPD will normally require the following documentation in connection with pre-qualification:

Documentation for licensee evaluation

Documentation for operator evaluation

Costs associated with the pre-qualification process

In order to start the pre-qualification process, the NPD and Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) must receive a written confirmation that the player will cover the NPD and PSA's costs associated with the pre-qualification process. Such costs include hours spent, travel costs, as well as costs for a potential offshore verification.
